Measures covid-19

In accordance with government regulations, we have taken all necessary measures to allow our visitors to visit The James Ensor House safely.

When visiting The James Ensor House please take into account the following measures:

• A visit is only possible after online reservation. Please arrive at the correct date and time because we work with time slots. Reservations can be made via https://tickets.ensorstad.be/jamesensor/en/flow_configs/webshop/steps/select-your-tickets/z_event/11295

• Social distancing: the rule is to keep 1.5 meters away from people who are not part of your family. 

• Please disinfect your hands with the provided hand gel when entering and exiting.

• A visit to the exhibition takes about 1 hour /  1 hour and a half.

• Purchases can only be paid by bank card. It is not possible to pay cash.
